Pistachio and Cranberry Ruby Chocolate Easter Egg Tablet
This extravagant ‘Fruit & Nut’ Easter egg tablet brings together the delicious sharp flavours of cranberries and pistachio nuts, complimented by the intense red berry acidity of the ruby chocolate. Ruby RB2 delivers a heightened fruity flavor with tangy, sour notes - unlike any ruby chocolate before.
Callebaut Ruby chocolate couverture launched to an eager audience in 2018. Made from a specially cultivated ruby cocoa bean, it has a naturally pink colour, and a naturally-occuring slightly sharp flavour of red berries, which cuts nicely through a sweetness you would compare to that of a white chocolate. Like its Callebaut contemporaries, this chocolate is made in Belgium.
All chocolates products are handmade to order in small batches and are not usually available for next day delivery. Production from receipt of order takes up to three working days to complete before date of dispatch.
