With a 70% cocoa content, Ocoa has a rich and intense flavour profile with a cocoa-forward note and hints of acidity. It’s produced from a mix of Ivory Coast Forastero beans varieties, and fermented using the innovative Q-Fermentation process, which reveals the purest of cocoa aromas.
The Pureté range from Cacao Barry features couvertures made using the innovative Q-Fermentation™ process. It’s a collection of chocolates that celebrates the cacao fruit, combining the best of sourcing, technical expertise and meticulous processing methods, to produce couvertures with the purest cocoa aromas.
